This session is perfect for first-time clients.
We’ll begin with a brief chat about what brings you in and answer any questions you may have, so you feel comfortable and know what to expect.
You will then remain fully clothed and relax comfortably on a treatment table while receiving a gentle Reiki session, either with light touch or with hands held just above the body.
Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter and deeply relaxed.
