Learn more about Me

My journey into Reiki began in 2000 when I first encountered this transformative healing art while living in Poland. I completed my Level 1 training and stayed with the practice for a short while; long enough for the experience to take root in me, yet life did unfold and led me in other directions. For over two decades, Reiki stayed nothing but a silent seed in the background until I finally felt a strong calling to return, complete my full training, and truly commit to the path of healing. Since 2023, I have been fully devoted to Reiki, offering Reiki to others.

In addition to my Reiki training, I hold an ITEC Reiki Master Diploma and a MSc in Special Education (Intellectual Disabilities). I’ve also worked as a Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker, experiences that have further shaped my understanding of the needs of others, and a compassionate and grounded approach to healing.

Over the years, Reiki has become an important part of my own life and wellbeing. Reiki has helped me slow down, reconnect with myself and find a greater sense of balance and clarity in everyday life. It is one of the reasons I feel so passionate about sharing Reiki with others today. This personal experience has shaped the way I work — with calm, presence and care — and the way I hold space for people during sessions. I believe that when we give ourselves permission to slow down and listen inwardly, we create space for greater balance, clarity and overall wellbeing.
